March 25, 2009 Yale Daily Newsreported yesterday that Dean Harold Hongju Koh has been nominated by President Obama to serve as legal advisor to the State Department. If confirmed, Dean Koh joins former Harvard Law dean Elena Kagan in trading law school leadership for public service.
