The Project

As of 2015, Alabama has the fastest-growing population of unaccompanied minor immigrants eligible for SIJS status in the U.S. Unfortunately, the state had no organization to provide low cost or pro bono services to these children. Joshua provided direct immigration legal services to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status clients and build an extensive network of partner attorneys/organizations to assist in state court cases.
