The Project

In Massachusetts, children with a category of mental health-related disabilities known as serious emotional disturbance (SED) recently became eligible for comprehensive, community-based mental health services known as wraparound care. My project seeks to leverage wraparound toward improving educational outcomes for children with SED. I will represent parents of children with SED in special education proceedings as well as provide training and technical assistance to wraparound providers.
